Our culture

People lie at the heart of our agency culture – whether it’s the wellbeing of our team the relationships we have with our clients, or the individuals whose lives our work seeks to impact.

Collectively our team has a strong moral compass – it’s what attracts us and keeps us in an agency that lives by its values. And it’s evidenced not just by the passion we bring to our work but by our actions outside of work. Eleven actively supports employees’ volunteering on projects that mean something to them personally, and our commitment to supporting care leavers is an integral part of our agency’s ethos.

We’re proud that we’re an independent agency with the freedom to respond quickly and flexibly to the needs of our employees and our clients.

Why are we telling you this? Because we know that our culture is what drives the delivery of quality work that meets clients’ briefs and helps deliver meaningful, positive change in the world, one campaign at a time.

We place a high value on our professional expertise, which is why we don’t produce free strategy or creative work as part of the sales process. We will happily share examples of our work and demonstrate our approach, but answering a challenge properly needs collaboration and proper investment in time and resources. Support for care leavers

Our significant experience in the fostering sector means we understand the additional challenges young people leaving the care system face. That’s why we’re working with Cheshire East Council to support their personal development programme specifically for care leavers.

Our journey to Net-Zero

As a purpose-driven creative agency, we’re conscious of the impact we have on the planet. But awareness on its own won’t cut it, which is why we’re taking action.

As part of our agency’s ongoing commitment to reduce carbon emissions, we’ve published a carbon reduction plan which sets out our trajectory towards achieving carbon neutrality by 2040 and Net Zero by 2050.

We’re proud to have signed the Pitch Positive Pledge – reinforcing our commitment to a more ethical, transparent, and sustainable pitching process. We believe that our creative expertise holds real value and should never be given away for free. By signing this pledge, we’re standing up for the worth of our work and ensuring our time, energy, and ideas are respected. It’s about fostering trust and collaboration with clients, so we can focus on delivering impactful, purpose-driven campaigns that create real change.

Modern slavery

We’re totally committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking in all our business practices. We regularly audit our supply chain to ensure it is free from slavery and human trafficking.
