New clients

We welcomed a huge number of new clients on board this year across each of our sectors, giving our team the chance to get stuck in to some really exciting projects. Some of our new clients include the likes of the Prince’s Trust, the University of Central Lancashire, NHS Resolution, Dorset Council and many more. We’re so grateful to have been able to retain and grow our portfolio of clients over another very uncertain year, but we’re so proud of our incredibly hardworking team for making it all happen.

Team additions and promotions

To support all of our incredible new growth, our agency size has almost doubled in the space of a year with so many new team members on board. Alex M joined us as our new Head of Creative, Sarah joined us as Graphic Designer, Sam joined us as Animator, Hollie and Michelle joined our account management team, and Alex T joined us as Operations Executive.

We also celebrated quite a few well-deserved promotions this year. Back in February, Mark was promoted to Artwork and Accessibility Lead. And then in July, Ella was promoted to Head of Operations. Our Account Management team celebrated four promotions, with Jane becoming Head of Client Services, Mel and Liz becoming Senior Account Managers and Alice becoming a Senior Account Executive.

Awards and agreements

Back in July, we were absolutely thrilled to be ‘highly commended’ for our campaign with Wiltshire Council at The Drum Awards 2021. It was a huge honor to be in the company of some fantastic global brands, and a great achievement for our agency to have had recognition for a campaign we loved working on from start to finish.

We were also delighted to have been added to a dynamic purchasing agreement managed by crown Commercial Services just a couple of months ago. The agreement provides central government and wider public sector organisations with a dynamic list of specialist agencies to help them with a wide range of marketing and communications services. And it’s incredible for us to be featured as one of those agencies.

Unveiling an exciting new workspace

We decided to make the most of our time working from home this year by making some enhancements to our office space. But before we actually carried out any work, we asked our staff what they would like to see introduced. And we listened to what they had to say.

We’ve introduced multiple break-out rooms and areas to give our people more choice where they work, as well as creating great informal spaces for ideas generation sessions or lunch breaks. We’ve also introduced more greenery and pops of colour to our working space to make the environment feel more welcoming. We’re so proud of our new space and we can’t wait to spend some more time there in 2022.
